You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

Return shipping is free for products with manufacturing defects.

Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- The product tag must not be removed.
- All accessories that came with the product must be returned.
- Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Process

- Once your request is approved, shipping information will be sent to you.
- Package the product safely in its original packaging.
- Your payment will be refunded after the product reaches us and is inspected.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused by use
- Custom-made products
