Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • The product tag must not be removed.

  • All accessories that came with the product must be returned.

Return Process

  1. Send your return request to info@calea.studio.

  2. Once approved, shipping information will be sent to you.

  3. Package the product safely in its original packaging.

  4. Your payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
